Our Resin Wash system, with systems installed on the international market since 2007, and in service in our own plant, has continued to prove the benefit of "dry washing."
With easy loading to unloading of spent resins and the use of "lead-lag" operation makes it perfect for any biodiesel operation. Comes equipped with PLC driven motors and valves. Automated and semi-automated systems available.
Our systems can be run in a "no-downtime" mode where the user can continue to wash the resin while the other column is being washed.
Sizes from 60gph to 1800gph are available.
Custom sizes available as well, and built to implement into any existing or new plant.
