Our Resin Wash system, 2.5 years in production, and in service in our own plant, has continued to prove the benefit of "dry washing." With easy loading to unloading of spent resins and the use of "lead-lag" operation makes it perfect for any biodiesel operation. Comes equipped with PLC driven motors and valves. Automated and semi-automated systems available.
Our systems can be run in a "no-downtime" mode where the user can continue to wash the resin while the other column is being washed.
